Kay Peterson, M.S., LDT, CALT, QI
Kay Peterson is an educational consultant, publisher of educational materials to support Orton-Gillingham based programs and is an adjunct faculty member for the School of Education at Mississippi College. Kay has teaching experience in public and private school settings, private academic language therapy and administrative experience. She is a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), an ALTA Qualified Instructor (QI), and a State of Texas Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT). Kay has served as president of the Academic Language Therapy Association, on the board of directors for the Dallas Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) and as Vice President for the Alliance for Accreditation and Certification. She currently serves as President of the ALTA Foundation and as a member of the executive committee for the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC).
